Every officer below is a UPNG HSA member first – the roles exist to serve the wider Henganofi student community, not the other way around. Members are elected and appointed to the Main Executive Council through the association's annual election.

Federated Governance Structure

UPNG HSA adopts a federated, hybrid model that combines centralized oversight with a decentralized programme execution body — each with its own path to leadership.

Centralized Oversight

The association's centralized governing body — the nine elected and appointed officers featured above, responsible for overall direction, financial stewardship, and representing members within the university.
