The association currently does not have a dedicated bank account. Instead, it operates through the Treasurer as a Trustee, and financial reporting is reviewed by the association's leadership annually.
UPNG HSA has a dedicated Google Workspace that runs both its Executive and Triangle Programme functions.

A Federated Governance Structure — a hybrid model combining the Main Executive Council (the association's centralized oversight) with the incorporated Triangle Programme and its support committee (the decentralized programme execution body).
Main Executive Council: succession is through the association's annual election, based on students' votes and consensus. Triangle Programme: this body retains autonomy in succession planning to ensure smooth continuity during leadership transitions.
